Founded in 1943, Labotek A/S has been a pioneer of high-quality, cutting-edge solutions to the plastic industry since its inception. Today Labotek A/S is a leading provider of ancillary and centralized systems, all developed on the basis of the newest technologies and designed to reduce energy consumption to the absolute minimum. Labotek supplies equipment designed for crystallization and for drying, transport, dosage and storage of free-flowing plastic granules and powdered materials.
Labotek is a member of The Labotek Group in Scandinavia, the United Kingdom, Germany and India. Our distribution network is worldwide and contains more than 50 dealers and agents.
During the years we have e.g. sold more than 100,000 PGT’s – of which many still are functioning, which proves our cutting-edge solutions and high quality.
In Denmark we have strong traditions for design; right from the childhood of plastics, Danish designers saw the opportunities in the new material. From B&O radios made of bakelite to Lego bricks, large-scale windmills, and footprints in rubber. Though Denmark is almost invisible on a world map, Danish design is world famous and appreciated all over the world.”

Through our motivated and committed employees, we can deliver process equipment, advice and service to the plastic industry.
We must internally develop and keep abreast with the latest technology in drying, conveying systems and solutions – and must be informed of plastic technology in general.
It is important to us to manufacture products which are competitive in both price and quality. Since we do not possess skills in all production areas, we have decided that outsourcing is a part of the manufacturing process.

We have a responsibility
As part of the plastics industry, we have a responsibility to help develop more efficient solutions for recycling. Besides thinking CO2 reduction, power consumption and heat recovery into our products where ever possible, we support Operation Clean Sweep.

Labotek must ensure, through procurement and production that produced and delivered products is qualitatively at least on a par with other European manufacturers.
Equipment from Labotek must comply with all national and international standards and regulatory requirements within the business area. Labotek has been ISO certified since 1995. Quality assurance in Labotek happens through continuous process control.
